President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, authorizing: 1. To hold the meeting of Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan in the Ruhyyet Palace in Ashgabat on September 25, 2019. 2. To establish an organizing committee to hold a high-level meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and approve its membership. 3. Halk Maslakhaty in velayats and the city of Ashgabat are to ensure the election of members of the public to the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, as well as submit the list of members from the velayats and the city of Ashgabat to the Office of the President of Turkmenistan before September 1, 2019. 4. The Mejlis of Turkmenistan shall render organizational and methodological assistance to the velayat, etrap and city halk maslakhaty in the elections of the members of the public to the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, the organization of the Halk Maslahaty meeting. * * * The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the ministries and sectoral departments to ensure the organization of the meeting at the high level.
