By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, Hoajgeldy Hojageldiyev was released from the post of the Hyakim of Serakhs etrap, Ahal Velayat due to the transfer to another work. According to the Resolution of Turkmen leader, H. Hojagelldiyev was appointed as the Deputy Hyakim of Ahal Velayat. By the Resolution of the Head of the State, Deputy Hyakim of Serakhs etrap, Ahal Velayat Kerim Kichiyev was appointed as the Acting Hyakim of this etrap. By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Velmyrat Saparmyradov was appointed as the Deputy Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat and released from the post of the Deputy Hyakim of Saparmurat Turkmenbashy etrap, Dashoguz Velayat.
