By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, Nazarmyrat Nazarmyradov, who occupied the position of the Deputy Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat, was appointed as the Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat. Previous Head of administration of Dashoguz region Mammet Bayramguliyev was released from the duty to the transfer to another post.
