For modernization of scientific studies, improvement of financing of scientific conferences, scientific trips, scientific and innovative inventions as well as joint international scientific projects from non-budgetary accounts, sponsors and other sources, which are not forbidden by the legislation, the President of Turkmenistan signed the resolution, having assigned to establish the Fund of Science Development of the Academy of sciences of Turkmenistan and approved the Provision of the Fund. The Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Justice were assigned to prepare and present to the Cabinet of Ministers the proposals on amendments and of the legislation of Turkmenistan addendums followed from this Resolution.
