Congress Centre of the capital gave concert of Turkmen and foreign art masters on occasion of the International Neutrality Day. The concert has brought together the members of the Government, heads of the Mejlis, military and law enforcement agencies, public organizations, heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Ashgabat, ambassadors of Turkmenistan to foreign countries, representatives of ministries and departments, educational institutes and mass media, cultural personnel, elders, students and youth. There were numerous foreign guests among the audience including the participants of scientific conference “Heritage of the Great Silk Road and Current International Relations”, which was held the day before in Turkmen capital. The International Neutrality Day unites the nations symbolizing the triumph of peace, friendship, understanding and principles of humanity. This is the idea that was put to the concept of music tribute and creatively thought over in bright and original numbers of the programme. Popular local and foreign singers, choreographic and music bands, folklore groups took part in the concert. All performances was distinguished by originality and expressiveness, which was supported by the use of modern equipment. The performance was accompanied by the video demonstrating the events of the newest history of Turkmenistan. Songs in different languages, classical and modern music compositions and flaming dances of the people of the world were performed at the stage. Famous singers and art bands from China, Afghanistan, Iran, India, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, Turkey and Uzbekistan were among the guests. The concert on occasion of the International Neutrality Day can be compared with an original art journey along the countries and continents. The ‘kushtdepdy’ dance performed by folk and dance bands of the country, which were joined by foreign artists, were traditional adornment of the celebration. Celebration concerts in honour of the International Neutrality Day were held in all velayats of the country.
