According to the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, Minister of Motor Transport O. Sukhanov is seconded to Herat, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on December 12 – 13, 2018 for participation in the ceremony of the first dispatch of cargo caravan according to the Agreement on Transit and Transport Cooperation.
