President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Chairman of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of the Turkish Republic, Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Expressing gratitude for the opportunity of a personal meeting, the guest reaffirmed the high interest of businessmen in Turkey in strengthening the mutually beneficial cooperation with Turkmenistan. Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that Turkey admired the remarkable achievements of Turkmenistan in all spheres of the state development. Thanking for the kind words, the President of Turkmenistan noted that the agreements, achieved at the top level, the solid legal and regulatory basis, as well as the ties of friendship and the historical and cultural affinity of the peoples of Turkmenistan and Turkey served as a reliable foundation for the efficient cooperation. In this regard it was emphasized the enormous potential for developing the full-scale collaboration. The President of Turkmenistan and his guest exchanged their views on the prospects for widening the bilateral commodity circulation, encouraging the investment activity and diversifying the business partnership through the implementation of joint projects in various spheres. It was underlined that the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Turkish commission and the joint Business Council, as well as business forums and sectoral exhibitions that open up wide opportunities for developing the new areas of partnership and enhancing cooperation between the businessmen of Turkmenistan and Turkey contribute to widening the collaboration. Thanking the President of Turkmenistan for the attention paid to strengthening the bilateral trade and economic cooperation, Chairman of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of the Turkish Republic, Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu reaffirmed the willingness of Turkish companies to take part in the implementation of ambitious reformatory programmes and infrastructural projects in Turkmenistan. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Chairman of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of the Turkish Republic expressed belief in the further successful development of the mutually beneficial partnership between the businessmen of the two countries.
