14 transactions were registered past week at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan Businessmen from Afghanistan purchased, in foreign currency, petroleum bitumen for pavements produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries. Clear sheet glass, cotton fabric, yarn and cotton fiber were also sold. Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Armenia, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan were the buyer countries. The total value of transactions exceeded 3 million 70 thousand U.S. dollars. Cotton yarn worth over 3 million 770 thousand manats was purchased in local currency by businessmen from the UK and India.
