President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left for Balkan Velayat on working visit aimed at the inspection of realization of national programmes in the western region. Upon arrival to Turkmenbashy International Airport, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov went to his residence on the Caspian coast.
