In accordance with the Decrees of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov: Ataev Chary Kakamyradovich, who held the position of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Tajikistan, is appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium; Togalakov Hemra Amanmemmedovich, who held the position of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, is appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Tajikistan; Ovezov Hodja Sapargeldievich, who held the position of the Consul in Herat, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, is appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. In accordance with the Decree, he is conferred a diplomatic rank of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates Garadjaev Serdarmammet Saparmammedovich is appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Iraq. * * * In accordance with the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Gochmyradov Aymyrat Bayrammyradovich is released from the post of the Vice-Consul of the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (the city of Mazar-i-Sharif) and is appointed as the Consul of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (the city of Herat).
