On February 11, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, following the well-established rule to find some time in his tight work schedule for sports activities, made an ascent of the Health Footpath with heads of military and law-enforcement bodies of the country. During the ascent, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov closely familiarized himself with improvement of the adjoining territory (along the whole length of the Health Footpath), paying special attention to the issues of tree planting. At one of the sites of the Health Footpath, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov was presented information by the heads of military and law enforcement agencies about the ongoing work on improving the activity of the bodies they are in charge of. Having examined the presented design sketches of the improved military uniform as well as other layouts, the leader of nation stressed that the state would continue to give much consideration to strengthening of the agencies’ logistics, and gave a number of assignments to the relevant executives. After the ascent, the head of state together with the heads of military and law-enforcement bodies cycled to the nearby stadium. At the stadium, the nation’s leader was welcomed by Deputies Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers. Having divided into two teams, the colleagues of the head of state participated in a football match. After watching the game, the head of state made a ride on his bicycle around the playing field. In conclusion, having given a number of concrete commissions to his colleagues, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov wished everyone sound health, boundless inspiration and great success in their work, and left the venue.
