Turkmen powerlifters successfully start at Asian Youth Championship

Qualification for III Youth Olympics in Argentina this year are competed at the Asian Youth Powerlifting Championship in Urgench (Uzbekistan). Sportsman from Lebap Ali Babamuradov won the silver in the weight category up to 50 kg. He demonstrated the second result in clean and jerk and snatch and by the results of two exercises also became the second bringing three silver medals to the collection of Turkmenistan team. Student of National Institute of Sports and Tourism Yulduz Jumabayeva won two medals in the weight category up to 48 kg. Our sportswoman was the second in snatch and by the results of two disciplines won the bronze. Asian Championship is continued. We hope that our powerlifters will please the fans with their successes.
