By Decrees of the President of Turkmenistan: Maksat Babayev and Bayram Annameredov were relieved of their duties as Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers due to the transfer to another office in respect of the construction of the TAPI gas pipeline; Orazmyrat Gurbannazarov was relieved of his duties as Vice Premier following his election as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
