The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ministry of Motor Transport to conclude a contract with Weli Gurluşyk individual enterprise to design and build in Ashgabat, along the Ashgabat–Dashoguz highway, a training center, an integrated system of motor transport enterprises and association of driving schools with state-of-the-art equipment, and to improve the surrounding territory. The document prescribes to begin construction works in April 2018 and commission the buildings and facilities fully ready for operation in April 2020.
