President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov hold regular video conference session with the participation of the hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat where the issues of social and economic development and the situation in agricultural branch of the regions have been discussed. First, Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdiliyev reported on the fulfilment of the assignments given by the Head of the State on urban planning of the capital, provision of comfortable conditions for the population, support of healthy urban environment by planting of trees as well as by the sanitary treatment. The Hyakim also informed on the situation at the construction sites of the capital and on the realization of the measures for the improvement of social infrastructure. The Hyakim reported on the work carried out for the improvement of the efficiency of engineering and municipal services, maintenance of urban facilities and public places and relative preparation to the celebration of coming remarkable dates. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov pointed out the objectives on the creation of aesthetic, cultural, social and ecologic urban environment, having noted that the hyakims of Ashgabat regions have to hold the development of the territories and provision of comfort living conditions of the citizens under strict control. The Head of the State gave instructions on preparation of mass celebration events of occasion of the World Health Day and the Day of Turkmen Horse. After, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Sh. Amangeldiyev who reported on current social and economic indices in the region, course of the cotton sowing, fertilization of the fields, vegetation irrigation and large-scale work for preparation to the wheat harvest. The Hyakim also informed on the measures for the improvement of social and living conditions of the population of the velayat, construction of different facilities and preparation to celebration events in April. Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed the Hyakim with number of assignments for organized cotton and other crops sowing in the velayat, proper organization of agrotechnical activities in the fields and timely preparation to coming wheat harvest . The Head of the State noted that construction of the facilities under National Rural Programme, the improvement of social provision of the population of the region have to be under permanent care of the heads of regional administration. The President of the country also requested to organize mass cultural events on occasion of remarkable dates that are widely observed in the country. In particular, Turkmen leader ordered to control the arrangement of International Equestrian Complex, stadiums and event places on occasion of the Day of Turkmen Horse located in the velayat. After, the President called Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S. Satlykov who reported on agrotechnical activities expanded in the velayat including the course of spring sowing, provision of coordinated work of the structures involved in field works and preparation of the equipment to the start of the winter crops harvest. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed the Hyakim with number of assignments on the monitoring of the work at the facilities under construction in Balkan Velayat especially in Avaza National tourism zone, having focused on the provision of high quality of construction and timely commission. Giving instructions on preparation of the harvesters and other agricultural equipment to winter crops mowing, the Head of the State ordered the Hyakim to verify the provision of the farmers with necessary machinery, spare parts, fuel and lubricants and other consumables. In addition, the Head of the State noted the importance of the World Health Day and the Day of Turkmen Horse observed in April, having highlighted that the events on this occasion have to be to be interesting and substantial and organized on high level. After, Hyakim of Dashoguz velayat M. Bayramguliyev reported on the situation in the region, large-scale preparation to the cotton sowing and to the beginning of winter crops harvest, particularly of agrotechnical works in the fields under wheat. The Hyakim also reported on the measures for the improvement of social provision of the population of the region under fulfilment of the objectives of National Rural Programme and on organization of the events on occasion of coming remarkable dates. Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that timely and quality completion of planned agricultural works depends upon precise coordination of all participants of production line, having ordered to hold organized start of the cotton and other crops sowing under strict monitoring in the velayat as well as to prepare thoroughly to the wheat harvest. The President of the country addressed the Hyakim with number of directives for the development of social infrastructure of the region and for the control of the facilities built under National Rural Programme. In addition, the Head of the State highlighted the importance of systematic control of the construction of social facilities and improvement of production efficiency. Besides, the necessity of proper preparation to celebration events in April has been highlighted. After, Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev reported on the situation in the region, particularly on organized cotton sowing, preparation to the crops harvest and on the work for the development of social and economic infrastructure of the velayat, increment of the construction rates of different facilities. Having listened to the report, the Head of the State focused on the necessity of strict compliance with the schedule of spring works and efficiency of fertilizers use. Moreover, the Head of the State ordered to hold the improvement of social provision of the population and timely commission of the facilities built under National Rural Programme under control. The necessity of integrated preparation to the celebration of remarkable dates has also been highlighted.
