According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, voting is held at the polling stations at diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan in foreign countries at the high organizational level, with great activity of voters. The polling stations opened early in the morning in accordance with the local time of each region of the planet. According to the Central Election Commission, 19.878 voters were registered in foreign countries. The organizers of the socio-political campaign created all necessary conditions for the students studying abroad, and the citizens of our country, who are outside of Turkmenistan in the period of elections, to exercise their constitutional right.
