President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with the participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of number of ministries and hyakims of the velayats and the capital. The agenda of the session included priority issues of the state life as well as the course of agricultural and construction works in the country. First, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdiliyev who reported on the measures for the provision of uninterrupted heat and electricity supply of living houses, schools, kindergartens. Information about the works held for further improvement of etraps of the capital was also presented. Having emphasized that it is cold in the capital these days, the Head of the State requested to hold operation of relative engineering and technical networks under permanent control. In addition, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave specific instructions to the Hyakim related to thorough analysis of the works at the construction sites of the capital as to the plan of development of Ashgabat in coming period. In this regards, the Head of the State ordered to make the list of buildings and facilities to be built and opened this year, having laid special emphasis on social facilities. After, Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Sh. Amangeldiyev made report on the situation in his region including agricultural sector. At the same time, it was reported on the provision of proper operation of engineering systems in the region and on preparation to National Spring Holiday – International Nowruz Holiday. Having highlighted that solid foundation of future rich harvest is laid these days, the President of Turkmenistan made special mention of the necessity of additional fertilizing of the fields under crops. The President mentioned that at present time, weather conditions are good for agricultural activities, hence it is necessary to accelerate the work. The Head of the State also requested to take appropriate measures for cotton and other crops sowing. The President of Turkmenistan gave related instructions on provision of high organizational level of the events timed to International Nowruz Holiday, which wold be added with special colour by original national traditions and customs of Turkmen nation. In the mean time, the Head of the State called Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers K. Durdymyradov. The Vice-premier presented the project of large textile complex to be built in Kaahka etrap, Ahal velayat. It will have several factories including spinning, textile dyeing and garment production ones. 5 thousand tons of fine-fibre cotton is to be processed there. This important industrial facility located on 15 hectares is planned to be opened in March 2021. Having signed the Resolution on construction of the above-mentioned complex for processing of cotton and garment production in Kaahka etrap, President noted that after its opening, new work occupancies would be created there together with increment of export goods volumes. In this context, the Head of the State requested to take necessary measures to start the construction immediately. Video conference session was continued by the report of the Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S. Satlykov who informed about the works carried out in western region including in agricultural sphere. In addition, the information about preparation to International Nowruz Celebration and summer season in Avaza National tourist zone was presented. Summing up the report, the President requested to hold under strict control uninterrupted supply of heat and electricity to the population, facilities and organizations of the velayat due to continuing cold weather. Speaking of the objectives of agricultural complex of the region, the Head of the State requested to pay special attention to additional fertilizing of the fields and seasonal agrotechnical works in general, to provision of proper conditions for sowing of agricultural crops for high harvest production. In addition, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave relative assignment to the Hyakim on preparation to International Nowruz Celebration and coming summer season in Avaza, which is one of the most popular place not only for Turkmen citizens but for our foreign guests as well. Next, Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M. Bayramguliyev was called to vide conference session. Reporting on the situation in northern region of the country, the Head of regional administration elaborated on agricultural works. It was also reported on the measures for coordinated operation of life support system in the velayat. Information about preparation to National Spring Holiday was also included to the report. Having noted that the temperature in Dashoguz Velayat is much lower than in other regions of the country, the President of Turkmenistan highlighted the importance of strict control of uninterrupted heat and electricity supply of living houses, schools and kindrgartens. Speaking of agricultural issues, Turkmen leader gave specific instructions to the Hyakim for proper care of the winter crops and conducting of all current and coming field works including spring cotton and other crops sowing according to set standards. Having noted that events timed to International Nowruz Holiday have to bear bright national features, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave relative instructions. In his turn, Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev reported on the works in his region, particularly in agricultural complex and on construction sites. It was also reported on the preparation to important events planned on February 26 and to National Spring Holidays. The Head of the State focused on the necessity of efficient use of current favourable weather conditions for seasonal agrotechnical works in the fields. Fertilizing of the fields, cotton and other crops sowing are very important, Turkmen leader noted, having requested to take all necessary measures for this. Same as in other regions, it is necessary to hold heating and electricity supply of social facilities under permanent control, the President of Turkmenistan said. Having noted that important events for our country are to be held in few days in the velayat, the Head of the State gave special instructions for their integrated and comprehensive preparation. In this regard, the President called up Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers P. Agamyradov who reported on the measures taken for organization of the events in Turkmenabat that are to support the popularization of the principles of healthy life style and the events held under the slogan of the year “Turkmenistan – the Heart of the Great Silk Road”. Speaking of the importance of further accretion of the principles of healthy and active life style in the society, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that first, it is necessary to pay special attention to the education of young generation during solution of this objective and requested to provide high organizational level of coming events. After, Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev reported on the situation in the region and course of seasonal works as well as on preparation to International Nowruz Holiday and important events planned in next few days. Having listened to the report, the Head of the State noted the necessity to hold under control proper operation of engineering and technical systems of the velayat that provides heat and power supply to the population. The President of Turkmenistan also focused on receiving of high winter crop production in the velayat, timely and proper preparation of agricultural equipment to the next field works season. Speaking of coming spring holiday, the President gave relative instructions on organization of the events of International Nowruz Holiday. After, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov called up Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annamerdov as well as Minister of Automobile Transport M. Aydogdiyev. The Vice-premier reported on the fulfilment of the assignments given by the Head of the State earlier and on the work in the sphere under his supervision. In his turn, the Minister of road transport reported on the situation in the structures under his control. Having focused on low level of the measures for further modernization and improvement of the activity of transport complex, the Head of the State expressed extreme displeasure of the organization of the works. The President of Turkmenistan reprimanded Minister of Road Transport M. Aydogdiyev for improper fulfilment of service duties. The Head of the State gave specific instructions to the Minister on construction of vehicle terminal in each region, having noted the necessity of the solution of set targets including on construction of vehicle parking and passenger service in accordance with time demand. Summing up what was said above, Turkmen leader highlighted that big work is coming ahead that requires the most responsible approach to entrusted objective from every leader.
