The President of Turkmenistan signed the Order, instructing the Deputies Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, the khyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat city to control the completion in due time and with the high quality of construction and commissioning of 65 large industrial and social facilities in 2018. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture has been instructed to strengthen control over the quality of the construction of the above-mentioned facilities and buildings, and in accordance with the deadlines set the dates of their commissioning by months and ensure that these dates are included in the monthly schedules of holding events and the opening of social and cultural facilities. In accordance with the document, the Ministry of Finance and Economy is ordered to compile jointly with the khyakimliks of the velayats and Ashgabat city a monthly report on the progress of construction of facilities and buildings according to the schedule and also submit this report to the Deputies Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan respectively.
