Days of Culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran were closed in the capital. The final event of the celebrations was a concert of art masters of the two countries at the National Music and Drama Theater named after Makhtumkuli. The large-scale cultural action resulted in a bright and warm holiday of friendship and creativity, served to further development of the Turkmen-Iranian dialogue. The events held within the framework of Days of Iranian Culture introduced the Ashgabat residents and guests of the Turkmen capital to the diversity of art of the friendly people, its distinctive traditions, modern achievements in this field. Performances of musicians, folklore ensemble, children's collective, demonstration of Iranian films, a review of arts and crafts, master classes and creative meetings greatly expanded our understanding of the history and today of Iran. The exhibition, held within the framework of the action in the State Museum of Fine Arts, reflected the ancient roots, uniqueness and continuity of the applied art and folk crafts of the neighboring country. Amazing decorative works of metal, wood, leather, stone, exquisite jewelry, magnificent vases, pitchers and plates with images of birds and animals, literary subjects were presented here. Samples of national costumes, famous Iranian printed fabrics and rugs, wooden boxes with artistic painting, chasing were also demonstrated. It was difficult to tear your eyes away from graceful miniatures, intricate ceramics, playing with forms and colors of services, products made of turquoise. Paintings that were refined in their texture from cloth scraps caused particular interest of the visitors. The works of Iranian craftsmen reflected landscapes, architecture, famous places of Iran and world sights, colorful portraits and everyday scenes. Shamali - calligraphy panels amazing in beauty, in a refined ligature which captures quotes, including the great Turkmen poet Makhtumkuli Fragi admire the visitors. The photo exhibit introduced the Turkmen people with the potential of the tourist sphere of Iran. A special stand was dedicated to the book production of this country. The peculiarity of this exhibition is that all its exhibits are modern, created on the basis of secrets of crafts transferred from generation to generation. The more interesting were the master classes, during which, in the eyes of an impressionable audience, the process of creative work on the product occurred, and those who wished had the opportunity to participate in it. Festive mood was sustained by performances of Iranian musicians and children's choreographic collective, as well as the culinary vernisage, that unfolded here - all those who came to the exhibition were offered national refreshments. An unusual atmosphere reigned today under the arches of the State Puppet Theater, on the stage of which the performance of a children's ensemble from a neighboring country and young artists of the Turkmen capital took place. Today, the Iranian delegation visited the State Circus, where they were greeted by incendiary numbers of the renowned Turkmen horsemen and masters of the arena. The ceremonial closing of the Days of Culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran was held at the National Music and Drama Theater named after Makhtumkuli with the participation of representatives of the creative intelligentsia, the public of the capital, the media, etc. The program of the festive concert that followed included the bright performances of Iranian and Turkmen artists.
