Turkmenistan President signed the Decree on announcing of the contest to achieve the best results in all social, economic and cultural indicators in the velayats following the results of 2018 among the etraps of the velayats and cities with the rights of the etraps. In accordance with the document, a Commission was established and its composition was approved to determine the etrap or city with the rights of the etrap, the winner of the contest in achieving the highest results for all social, economic and cultural indicators in the velayats following the results of 2018. This Commission is instructed to first determine the etrap or city with the rights of the etrap, having achieved the highest results in each velayat in the above-mentioned contest and then among them to determine the etrap or the city with the rights of the etrap, which will be recognized as the winner over Turkmenistan. The document prescribes to award a cash prize of $ 1 million to the etrap or city with the rights of the etrap, which become the winner in the above-mentioned contest.
