According to new administrative and territorial division of Ahal Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution assigning the following: - To form up the administration of Babadayhan etrap of Ahal Velayat, having organized its structure; - To adopt the structure and organization chart of the administrations of Babadayhan, Kaky, Tejen and Serkhs etraps of Ahal Velayat; - To rename the administration of Baharly etrap of Ahal Velayat to Baherden etrap administration of Ahal Velayat; - To abolish the administration of Altyn Asyr etrap and the town of Kaka of Ahal Velayat. The Administration of Ahal velayat together with the Ministry of Justice are to elaborate and present to the Cabinet of Ministers the proposals on amendments and addendums of the legislation followed from this Resolution within one month period. *** In regards with new administrative and territorial division of Ashgabat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution assigning the following: - Rename the administration of Archabil etrap of Ashgabat to Byuzmeyin etrap administration of Ashgabat; - To adopt the structure and organization chart of Bagtiyarly and Byuzmeyin etrap administration of Ashgabat; - To abolish the administrations of Abadan and Ruhabat etraps of Ashgabat/ The Administration of Ashgabat together with the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan are to elaborate and present to the Cabinet of Ministers the proposals on amendments and addendums of the legislation followed from this Resolution within one month period.
