By the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, for great service in developing the art of singing and music, the leading specialist of the Department of Culture of Ak Bugday District of Ahal Province, Jepbarov, Annaniyaz, has been conferred the title of the Merited Artist of Turkmenistan.
