The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution allowing the Ministry of Railroad Transport building of the monument with memory sign next to automobile and railroad bridges Turkmenabat – Farab across the Amudarya. The Ministry is to act as the contracting authority and general contractor of the construction with the obligation to develop adjoining territory. The document assigns to start the construction in November 2017 and to complete the work by March 2018.
