According to the Resolutions by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Atayeva, Aynabat Rahmanovna, has been appointed deputy editor-in-chief of Bereketli toprak newspaper; Gutlyyev, Tachgeldi Gulgeldiyevich has been removed from the post of deputy editor-in-chief of Bereketli toprak newspaper.
