At the extended session of the Government on April 12, the President noted that the state gives significant financial means to construction of industrial and social facilities. However, recently, many facilities are commissioned with delay while some the facilities were not taken to the balance and remain orphaned.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Charymyrat Purchekov is released from the position as the Minister of Energy and is appointed as the Vice-Prime Minister for construction, energy and public utilities.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Dadebay Saparovich Amangeldyyev is released from the position as the Vice-Prime Minister for construction, energy and public utilities.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Myrat Redjepovich Artykov is released from the position as the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and is appointed as the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Dovletdurdy Tachdurdyyevich Hadjiyev is released from the position as the Chairman of “Turkmennebit” State Concern for serious shortcomings in his work.

In order to build a new village in Serdar Etrap, Balkan Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Balkan Velayat Khyakimlik:

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the Concept on the development of the “Altyn Asyr” Turkmen Lake region for 2019-2025 and the Plan of its implementation.

In accordance with the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairman of the “Turkmenstandartlary” Main State Service, Kakabayev Merdan Maksatovich and Chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for tourism, Cholukov Serdar Gurbanberdyyevich were severely reprimanded for the improper execution of their job duties.

In accordance with the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Khyakim of Dashoguz region Bayramgulyyev Mammet Guldurdyyevich and Khyakim of Lebap region Atahallyyev Tangryguly Redjepgulyyevich were severely reprimanded with the last warning for the improper execution of their official duties, loosening control over the situation in the regions, failure to fulfill the works, set in the National Rural Programme.

By the Order of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Turkey (Ankara) Ishanguly Amanliyev was appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Tunisia.
