In order to observe the Resolution dated March 4, 2019 on the construction of a new administrative center of Ahal Velayat, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Gurbanov Arman Muhammetnazarovich is appointed as the Khyakim of Kaahka Etrap, Ahal Velayat.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the quotas for postgraduate admission in the fields of science, registration of applicants for academic degrees and admission to clinical residency in 2020.

The second meeting of authorized representatives of the five Caspian littoral states has concluded in Ashgabat. It discussed the Draft Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement on Search and Rescue Operations in the Caspian Sea.

In order to successfully implement the project on the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline section, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree authorizing the State Concern ""Türkmengaz"" to conclude the contract with the company ""Serba Dinamik Sdn.Bhd"" (Malaysia) for the purchase of various materials and equipment, supply and installation of telemechanics and control systems, ""SCADA"" communications as well as a set of equipment for the gas metering station.
