The working visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to China to participate in the III High-Level Forum «One Belt, One Road» has begun.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting on the digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyyev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, and the khyakims of the velayats, at which issues of development of the agricultural complex, as well as the progress of work in the regions of the country, were discussed.

Last week, 65 transactions were registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

By putting forward new innovative initiatives in developing balanced solutions on current issues and problems of the global agenda, Turkmenistan makes a significant contribution to the overall efforts to strengthen security and stability, achieving the goals of the Global Agenda for Sustainable Development until 2030 on a regional and international scale.  

Speaking for strengthening a fruitful equal partnership, Turkmenistan is building an interstate dialogue taking into account the interests of all parties, based on goodwill, dialogue of cultures and civilizations, exchange of best experience and positive ideas, emphasizes President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Fully consistent with the purposes and Charter of the UN, these principles contribute to the establishment of strong bridges of friendship, mutual understanding and trust.

These days, the International Film Festival «Dawn of Arkadag», held with the participation of Central Asian states, was held at the State Drama Theatre named after Aman Gulmammedov. The organizer of the creative event was the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan. It should be noted that such a cultural event was held in our country for the first time.

I sincerely congratulate you on the opening of the International Film Festival «Dawn of Arkadag», held in the city of Arkadag with the participation of Central Asian states! I firmly believe that this forum will increase the creative potential of its participants.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov left on a working visit to the Kyrgyz Republic to participate in the next meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

First of all, let me express my gratitude to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Nurgozhoyevich Japarov for organizing this meeting, cordiality, hospitality and excellent conditions for constructive work.

Today, with the participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, sadaqah was given on the occasion of the start of construction in accordance with the Resolution of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov of the second stage of the city of Arkadag, commemoration of the victims of the Ashgabat earthquake of 1948, heroes who died on the battlefields of all wars, and also died during the recent natural disaster in Afghanistan.
