Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and each family, and on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicted persons on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality», releasing the pardoned citizens from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment.

In order to improve the work of diplomatic missions and consular offices of our country in foreign countries, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on financial issues of the country's diplomatic service.

In order to implement programs for the export of Turkmen electricity abroad, as well as to continue cooperation between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan in the field of electric power, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

The city of Arkadag, which has no analogues in the region and was created on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Hero-Arkadag, is today exemplary in all respects.
