In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan”, I hereby resolve to:

By the Decree of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan”:

Taking into account the great personal contribution to the development of political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan, increasing the state and public activities of the international authority of Turkmenistan, to award the Chairman of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Gafarova Sahib Ali gizi the Order of Turkmenistan “Hyzmatdaşlygy ösdürmäge goşandy üçin”.

In order to hold high-level international events on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree, according to which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is instructed to ensure the high-level organization of the International Conference “Dialogue – Guarantee of Peace” on December 11, 2022 in Ashgabat city.

With a view of realization of bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation as well as further development of interrelations between two countries, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to approve the staff of the Turkmen side of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission for Economic Cooperation.

To appoint Khandurdyev Baymyrat Ashyrdurdyevich khyakim of the district of Shavat of Dashoguz region.

With a view of further development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to approve the staff of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Korean Commission for Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation for the Turkmen side.

In connection with the change of administrative-territorial division of Akhal region, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution, which orders:

For great successes in development of political, economic and cultural relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey as well as taking into account his service in strengthening of brotherly and friendly ties between Turkmen and Turkish peoples, I decree that Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Şentop should be awarded the Order of Turkmenistan “Garaşsyz Türkmenistana bolan beýik söýgüsi üçin”.

In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On railway transport”, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to approve the Procedure for establishment of protection zones of railway lines and other objects of railway transport.
