In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the Program «Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state: National program for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022–2052», increasing the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing relevant institutions and enterprises to enter into agreements with local construction companies for the design, construction and improvement of buildings and structures, as well as the surrounding areas.

Taking into account the special merits in the popularization of the work carried out to praise the glorious holiday of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker of the East «Magtymguly Fragi», wide propaganda, study and dissemination of the rich literary heritage of the classical poet in the world, in the creation of perfect works of literature and art, inspired by the poems of Magtymguly Frags who preached patriotism, unity, humanism, friendship and brotherhood, as well as for successful performance in cultural events, festive celebrations, contribution to the development of Turkmen culture, art, literature, in order to reward creative youth, I decree:

In order to regulate state registration of scientific programs (projects), plans and reports conducted in the country in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, and also in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On State Scientific and Technical Policy», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for organizing and conducting state registration of scientific programs (projects), plans and reports on scientific activity.

To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation, Esen Muhammedovich Aydogdyyev, as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Slovenia (with residence in Moscow).

To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Italian Republic, Komekov Toyly Babayevich, as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Hellenic Republic (with residence in Rome).

In order to carefully preserve the original spiritual and moral values of the Turkmen people, consistently enhance the national traditions and customs inherited from our ancestors, further strengthen the unity and cohesion of our courageous, inspired people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, guided by the noble principles of generosity, good nature and humanism, and also in accordance with Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

In the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State in our country all conditions are created to train the competent and well-educated younger generation, which brings a worthy contribution to achievement of modern science. Development of professionally competent youth with higher education and broad outlook for the bright future of our fatherland - one of our main tasks. With a view of encouragement of our talented youth in topical and fundamental researches in the field of science, education and innovative technologies, according to the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan № 14109 «On organization of competition of research work among the youth of Turkmenistan» of February 6, 2015 as well as on the occasion of Science Day, I decree:

In order to significantly increase the role of the Technology Centre of the Academy of Sciences in the structure of the economy, as well as to ensure the competitiveness of scientific achievements, the comprehensive development of scientific research, achieving the active participation of small and medium-sized businesses in innovative projects, organizing the production of innovative products in accordance with the Law «On Science and Technology Parks» in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, ordering that the Technology Centre of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan be awarded the status of an international scientific and technological park and called it the International Scientific and Technological Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with articles 54, 56 and 72 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan Hydyrov Muhammet Allamyradovich was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in his work.
