The President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree for the purpose of developing the livestock sector, further improving the population's provision with meat and dairy products, producing and processing livestock products, increasing the productivity of agricultural animals, as well as strengthening food abundance in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state. In accordance with the document, the State Association of the Livestock Breeding and Poultry Industry is authorized to develop the project for the livestock farm of the State Enterprise "Altyn halka", to carry out the reconstruction of existing facilities, construct additional buildings and structures, equip them with modern equipment, and acquire the necessary agricultural machinery, inventory, specialized vehicles, and high-yielding breeds of cattle.

In accordance with the objectives set in the Program «Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052» and «Concepts of the Foreign Policy Course of Neutral Turkmenistan for 2022-2028», as well as in order to intensify partnership with international and regional institutions for the further development of foreign economic activity of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. 

The successes achieved, the cardinal changes implemented in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state in an independent Fatherland, turn our permanently neutral Motherland into one of the developed countries of the world. The large-scale work being carried out creates favourable conditions for a peaceful and happy life for our courageous people, and for the further improvement of society. Our hardworking women make a significant contribution to the successes and the achieved boundaries of a sovereign country, moving forward with the speed of a horse. 

In accordance with Articles 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:

To appoint Pashanakov Maksat Ataberdiyevich as the hakim of the city of Balkanabat, Balkan velayat, relieving him of the post of the Manager of the affairs of the hakim of Balkan velayat.

To dismiss Mammedov Bashimdurdy Jumayevich from the post of hakim of the Gorogly etrap of the Dashoguz velayat.

To appoint Orazgulyyev Kakamyrat Gutlyyevich as the hakim of the Gorogly etrap of the Dashoguz velayat.

By the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy hakim of the city of Balkanabat, Balkan velayat, Nazarov Myrat, has been relieved of his duties as temporary hakim of the city of Balkanabat, Balkan velayat.

To dismiss Goshjanov Ovezgeldi Amanberdiyevich from the post of hakim of the city of Balkanabat, Balkan velayat in connection with his transfer to another job.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Begench Rozyyevich Miminov was relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan.
