The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, having instructed the ministries and sectoral departments to ensure the organization and holding of a high level of exhibitions, fairs, conferences and festivals in 2017, in accordance with the approved plan.

By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan First Class Lawyer Allanazar Annamuhammedovich Gulyev was appointed the Prosecutor of Mary velayat; relieved of the post of Prosecutor of Dashoguz city, Dashoguz velayat.

By Decrees of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov leaders, servicemen and personnel of the country’s military and law enforcement agencies were nominated for the “Türkmenistanyň Garaşsyzlygynyň 25 Ýyllygyna Bagyşlanyp Geçirilen Dabaraly Harby Ýörişe Gatnaşyja” Commemorative Medal in recognition of their contributions to strengthening and defending state Independence, protecting the territorial integrity and constitutional system of Turkmenistan, enhancing national defense capability, ensuring security and order in the country, educating defenders of the Motherland in the spirit of patriotism and courage as well as given their active participation in the military parade in honor of the glorious 25th anniversary of Independence and their contribution to the well- -organized event.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed the Laws of Turkmenistan “On obligatory guarantee of individuals’ deposits”, “On amendments to the Administrative Violations Code of Turkmenistan”, “On alteration to the Arbitration Procedure Code of Turkmenistan”, “On introduction of amendments and additions to the Law of Turkmenistan”, “On measures, related to treatment of persons suffering from alcoholism, drug-addiction or psychoactive substance dependence”, “On addition to the Law of Turkmenistan “On defence”, “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Turkmenistan”, “On amendments and additions to the Electoral Code of Turkmenistan”, “On combating human trafficking” and “On adoption and introduction into operation of the Water Code of Turkmenistan”.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Yusup Gurbanberdievich Bairamov was appointed the General Director of State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan; relieved of his duties as Director of “Turkmen ovazy” TV-radio Channel of the State Committee on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase “On celebrating Kurban Bairamy holiday”, according to which September 24, 25 and 26 are announced as nonworking days.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Executive Committee for Preparations for V Asian Games, the State Sports Committee of Turkmenistan jointly with the National Olympic Committee of Turkmenistan to ensure a high organizational level of the 34th OCA General Assembly to be held in Ashgabat on September 13-17, 2015.

The Ukases of President of Turkmenistan sanctioned the following appointments: Dovranmammet Pirmammedovich Rejepov - the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan, being relieved of his duties as the Deputy Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan.

To properly meet the demands of the population of Turkmenistan for motor traffic, to provide quality-of-transport and transportation services improvements to the passengers, as well as in pursuance of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Motor Transport”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Rules of passenger and luggage handling by motor transport vehicles.
