In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Major Muhammedov Hakmyrat Kakabaevich was relieved of his post as Head of the Department of the State Migration Service for the city of Ashgabat.

In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Deputy Minister of Defense - Director of Armaments of the Ministry of Defense Shirmat Babanazarov was severely reprimanded for improper execution of official duties, weakening of control over subordinate personnel and shortcomings in work.

In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Major Rejepov Batyr Ovlyagulyevich was appointed the Head of the Department of the State Migration Service for the city of Ashgabat.

In order to further develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to implement the tasks set by the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Joint Turkmen-Uzbek Intergovernmental Commission on Water Management Issues, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the membership of the Intergovernmental Commission for the Turkmen side.

In accordance with a Presidential Decree, Annageldi Bayramdurdyevich Saparov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction Operations.

In order to strengthen and further develop multilateral relations with the Central Asian states, to implement the initiatives put forward in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution on establishing the Organizing Committee for the High-Level Consultative Meeting of the heads of Central Asian states in the Avaza National Tourist Zone on August 6, 2021, as well as the dialogue of women of Central Asian countries and related events, as well as approved its membership.

In order to carefully preserve the ancestral spiritual and moral values of the Turkmen people, to consistently enhance national traditions and customs inherited from ancestors, guided by the noble principles of humanism, kindness and generosity, to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of our courageous, inspired people in the epoch of might and happiness in accordance with article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Decree, authorizing:

In accordance with the 2019-2025 Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the country’s socio-economic development, to successfully tackle the tasks assigned to the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex, to ensure uninterrupted supplies of petroleum products to foreign markets, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution, authorizing the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex to conclude a contract with Petro Gas LLP (United Kingdom) for the design and construction of a third loading berth for Kenar, an enterprise specializing in the transportation and storage of petroleum products. Under the terms of the contract, the project shall be fully completed and put into service within 30 months.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Bashimov Atageldi Nepesovich was appointed deputy chairman of "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of our country was sent on a mission to Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan to participate in the High-Level International conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Interconnectedness. Challenges and Opportunities” on July 14-16, 2021.
