Аor great successes in strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, increasing the economic power of the country, active social activities, taking into account the significant contribution to the upbringing of the younger generation in the spirit of love, reverence and devotion to the Motherland, courage and honor, and services to the independent Motherland and the people country, many years of conscientious and selfless work, as well as to commemorate the celebration of the glorious 30th anniversary of the great independence of our neutral state, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on awarding several citizens of our country with the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan "Türkmenistanyň Garaşsyzlygynyň 30 ýyllygyna".

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations Gurbannazarov Orazmyrad was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties, weakening of control over the work of the institutions under his supervision.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Annaorazov Rahman Pirlievich was relieved of the post of Deputy Hyakim of the city of Ashgabat for serious shortcomings in his work.

In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks stipulated in the "Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan in 2019-2025" in the epoch of might and happiness, the development of a high-tech and competitive digital economy through the widespread introduction of digital systems in the sectors of the national economy, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the membership of the Intersectoral Commission for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan.

In order to ensure a peaceful and safe life of the population of our country at a high level and prevent emergencies, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the work plan of the State Commission of Turkmenistan for Emergency Situations for 2022.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen delegation is going on a business trip to the city of New Delhi (the Republic of India) and the city of Islamabad (the Islamic Republic of Pakistan) to participate in the next meeting of the Central Asia-India dialogue at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs, as well as in the Emergency Meeting on the Humanitarian Situations in Afghanistan of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on December 18-20, 2021.

In order to effectively use international investment opportunities in our country in the epoch of might and happiness, to increase the competitiveness of the state's economy and investment, as well as to ensure the implementation of documents signed in accordance with Order No. 1515 of the President of Turkmenistan dated October 9, 2021 on the creation of a closed joint stock company

With a view of creation of favourable conditions for population of the country to celebrate International Day of Neutrality and to enjoy a good rest as well as in accordance with the second part of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has decreed:

Taking into account their service before our sovereign state and our people as well as on the occasion of International Day of Neutrality, for their great achievements in strengthening of independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, augmentation of economic power of our country, implementation of state programs for development of oil and gas, industrial, transport, agricultural, cultural and other spheres of economy and their fruitful public and social activity, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has issued the decree to award several citizens of our country the medal «Watana bolan söýgüsi üçin».
