At the session of the Government on August 30, the Head of the State defined the dates of important agricultural campaigns. Winter crops sowing starts in Turkmenistan on September 4 while cotton harvest campaign begins on Ahal, Balkan, Lebap and Mary Velayats on September 11. Farmers of northern Dashoguz region starts cotton harvest on September 18.

Turkmenistan, as a member of the United Nations, sees it as a universal international body endowed with a mandate from the international community to preserve and strengthen international peace and security and ensure the sustainable development of all states and peoples.

Meeting of Turkmen leader with the Government of Singapore has raised the interest of the world leading new agencies, which announced the visit in their news lines already in preparation stage. Therefore, the attention of the world press was attracted to the meeting in the last two days on August 26 and 27.

The Foreign Ministry hosted the session of the Working Group for implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and 2030 Global Agenda for Sustainable Development in Turkmenistan.
