The growth rate of the GDP of Turkmenistan is provided on 6.3 percent level for ten months of the year. Comparing with the same period of the last year, the production has been increased by 6.9 percent.

Information about the draft State Budget 2020, the main directions of social and economic development of the country and Investment programme of Turkmenistan has been presented at the session of the Government on November 15.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers where outcomes of work of the branches of national economy for the past ten months, drafts State budget and number of other documents have been reviewed.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov is going to Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan for participation in the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Central Asia countries.

Programme of social and economic development of Turkmenistan in 2019 – 2025 includes number of strategic directions, first, structural reformation of industrial sectors and service sphere. Great attention in it is paid to support of high technological production. The main objectives also include the reduction of the state owned facilities by privatization.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan , Director of the State Institute of Culture is going to Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 14 – 16 for participation in the opening ceremony of photo exhibition dedicated to Islamic culture and art.

Signing ceremony of the Memorandum on Cooperation in the sphere of exchange of new between Media Turkmen News Agency and International Life magazine of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation took place.
