President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers where outcomes of social and economic development of the country for 2019 have been summed up. The agenda also included objectives for current year and personnel issues.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Caspian Sea Institute and the International Ocean Institute to hold the seminar “The Caspian Sea - Sustainable Development and Management” on March 9-20, 2020 in Avaza with the participation of the representatives of the relevant institutions from Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to organize the production of cocoons and provide silkworm cocoons producers with silkworm grains.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution on transferring the ""Türkmenhaly"" Production Association of the Ministry of Textile Industry to the jurisdiction of the Cabinet of Ministers and renaming it as the ""Türkmenhaly"" State Association.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Investment Programme of Turkmenistan for 2020.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to award a monetary prize in the amount of one million US dollars to the Geoktepe Etrap, Ahal Velayat that in 2019, achieved the highest social, economic and cultural results among etraps and cities of the country.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, announcing the contest among the velayat etraps and cities for the best results in the social, economic and cultural indicators in 2020.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Gadyrgeldy Mushshikov is released from the position as the Chairman of the Supreme Control Chamber and is appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
