Attention of foreign mass media is captured by the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan these days. On occasion of the anniversary of foreign political status, our and foreign countries to host series of various events, which were opened with conference “ Turkmenistan and International Organizations: Cooperation for Peace and Progress” held with participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in Ashgabat.

International conference “Turkmenistan and International organizations: Cooperation for peace and development” with participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was held in Ashgabat. The forum was dedicated to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of neutrality of Turkmenistan.

We, the participants of the International Conference “Turkmenistan and International Organizations: Cooperation for Peace and Development”, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan to be celebrated in 2020 held under the motto “Turkmenistan is the Homeland of Neutrality”, which was held in Ashgabat on January 14, 2020 under the Chairmanship of the President Turkmenistan Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov,

The ceremony of signing the documents took place in frames of the International conference “Turkmenistan and international organizations: cooperation in the name of peace and development” held in Ashgabat with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The forum is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.

In the afternoon, the International Conference entitled ‘Turkmenistan and International Organizations: Cooperation for Peace and Development’ continued at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Notably, the conference is the first landmark event of the year celebrating the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers who is in charge of agricultural sphere, hyakims of the velayats and the capital. The agenda included issues of social and economic development of the country and seasonal agricultural works.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which zoning plan of agricultural crops by the velayats was approved for 2020.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution on approval of limits of water usage for velayats and etraps in 2020 for careful and rational use of water resources as well as according to the Water Code of Turkmenistan.
