On June 8th, Esteemed President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the newly appointed head of the OSCE Center in Ashgabat, John McGregor, who began to fulfill his mission.

The first session of the first convocation of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan was held in the capital. Its agenda included the laws adopted at the 14th session of the Sixth convocation of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan on May 22nd for approval by the members of the Halk Maslahaty.
As is known, the Leader of the Nation blessed the beginning of the harvest in Akhal, Lebap and Mary velayats from June 4 this year, and in Balkan and Dashoguz velayats from June 11, and asked the honored elders to give a start to the harvest campaign by tradition.
