The document authorizes the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs to conclude with the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector a three-year supplemental Wakala Financial Agreement (with an annual interest rate of 4.5 percent, and a grace period of up to 6 months) to the three-year SWAP contract in order to finance SME projects, as well as to follow the proper procedures to put it into effect.
