In order to develop, finance and control the implementation of scientific and technical programs carried out in our country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as to further accelerate the introduction of new developments, advanced methods, practices and technologies, the latest achievements of science and technology into production, and in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On State Scientific and Technical Policy», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for the development, implementation and financing of State scientific and technical programs.
