XIV Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS member states, held in frames of Turkmenistan’s presidency over the Commonwealth of Independent States, started its work in the Turkmen capital.

XIV CIS Forum of Cultural and Scientific Personnel, which is held under the chairing of Turkmenistan in the Commonwealth of Independent States, has started its work in Turkmen capital.

The award ceremony of the winners of the Commonwealth Star Interstate Prize, which is conferred for the achievements in science, education, culture and art, took place in Turkmen capital under XIV CIS Cultural and Scientific Personnel Forum.

Speaking at XIV CIS Cultural and Scientific Personnel Forum, Co-chairman of the Board of International Humanitarian Cooperation Fund, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation on International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvidkoy noted that it is pleasure for him to speak from the tribune in Ashgabat by many reasons including by the one that links to his memories of service his military duty in Turkmenistan.

In his speech at XIV CIS Cultural and Scientific Personnel Forum, Board Chairman of the Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund Polad Bulbul Ogly continued the subject of youth affairs and education.

Final round of artistic contest for artistic image of the beauty of ahalteke horses in works of visual, decorative and applied art, printing production, phots and TV channels was held in the Exhibition Hall of the State Arts Academy.
