Turkmenistan industrial sector of the economy for 10 months of this year demonstrates a steady growth in production indicators. As reported at the meeting of the Government, the profile vice-premier M.Aydogdyev, for the Ministry of Industry for this period the plan for the total volume of production has been fulfilled by 108.2 percent, for the Ministry of Textile Industry - 114.1 percent and for the State Committee of Fish Industry - 106 percent. Having heard the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted with satisfaction the growth of production indicators in the sectors of the national economy industrial sector. As the Head of the state noted, the output of industrial goods has increased, including through the development of new types of products, the State program for import substitution and the creation of joint ventures in this area was successfully implemented. The volume of exports in industry has grown by 5 percent. The President also stressed that in this sphere special attention should be paid to the preparation of the draft State program for training specialists for work in the industrial sectors, as well as to think over the issues of opening new specialties in higher educational institutions of the country.
