The energy sector of Turkmenistan exceeded the planned targets for 9 months of 2017. During this period, the country produced 18 billion 360 million 611 thousand kWh of electricity, compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 103.8 percent. Over 2,8 billion kWh were shipped to foreign consumers, and the rate of export growth was 103.2 percent.
