President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference session with heads of regional and Ashgabat administration. Objectives of social and economic development of the country, seasonal agricultural works as well as issues of implementation of National rural programme have discussed at the session. Heads of the regions reported on the situation, rates of crops sowing and cotton harvest, implementation of national rural programme and conditions of works at construction sites in the velayats. Having listened to the reports, the Head of the State gave number of instructions related to cotton harvest with no loss, having noted the necessity of permanent attention to the conditions mad for the farmers, control of efficient use of equipment and timely payment for delivered product. The President has ordered to hold under permanent control the situation at the construction sites stipulated by National rural programme especially at those planned for commissioning on the Independence Day. The Head of the State focused the attention of Hyakim of Ahal Velayayt T. Atahalliyev on low level of organization of works in Tejen, Serakhs and Ak Bugday etraps as well as insufficient number of cotton harvesters on the fields and low daily rates of cotton production in Kaahka and Altyn Asyr etraps. The President demanded to analyse the situation and arrange the work accordingly. Speaking of the importance of the session of the Council of the Elders, which is to be held on the threshold of the Independence Day in Ahal Velayat, the Head of the State instructed to prepare thoroughly to this important event. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has given instructions to Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S. Satlykov to increase the rates of sowing in Etrek, Bereket and Serdar etraps. Speaking of the necessity of innovative approaches to improvement of work efficiency, the Head of the State noted that all agro-technical activities have to be aimed at increase of crops production, improvement of crops rotation and seed growing. The attention of Hyakim of Dashiguz Velayat M. BAyramguliyev was brought to low rates and serious shortcomings in organization of wheat sowing in Gurbansltan-eje and Ruhubelent etraps as well as cotton harvesting on Kunyaurgench and Akdepe etraps. Turkmen leader addressed the assignment for improvement of the efficiency of agricultural works, rational use of lands and irrigation water to Head of administration of Lebap Velayat Ch. Charliyev. The President has also stressed attention of the hyakim on non-efficient use of equipment in Sakar, Birata and Hojambaz etraps. Slow rates of wheat sowing in Vekilbazar and Oguzkhan etrapswere pointed to Hyakim of Mary Velayat B. Annagurbanov. Having highlighted that cotton harvest in Bayaramaly, Mary and Karakum etraps are behind the schedule and equipment purchased by the government is not used efficiently, the Head of the State demanded to analyse the situation and take necessary measures for increasing the rates of agricultural campaign. After, Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdyliyev made report on fulfilment of the assignments given by the Head of the State earlier on urban planning of the capital, making of green zones and maintenance of the city condition. Having noted the necessity of responsible and integrated approach to solution of the targets of further development of the capital, the Head of the State pointed the attention on the importance of well-thought organization of works for urban planning taking into social, cultural, engineering, technical and environmental aspects. The President requested to continue expanding the areas of green zones taking under control relative care of them. The Hyakim also received number of specific assignments for organization of the events on occasion of opening of new constructions in the capital. Having noted great importance of coming Council of the Elders, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed the Head of administration of the capital with instructions for its organization on high level.
