President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on the appointment of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Serbia. According to the document, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow) Batyr Niyazliev was appointed simultaneously Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Serbia.
