For outstanding achievements in breeding these «paradisial» horses – the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people – increasing their numbers and enhancing their worldwide fame, preserving the purity of the Ahal-teke breed, and also in recognition of many years of conscientious and exemplary work and professional excellence, I decree:

to award the following citizens of our country honorary titles of Turkmenistan: the honorary title «Türkmenistanyň halk atşynasy»:

to seyis - head of the group of the equestrian sports and marathon department of the administration of the Ahal-teke equestrian complex of the President of Turkmenistan of the economic department of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan Kanayev Durdymyrat;

honorary title «Türkmenistanyň at gazanan atşynasy»:

jockey of the training department of the administration of the Ahal-teke equestrian complex of the President of Turkmenistan of the economic department of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan Agamyradov Begenchmyrat Kakamyradovich,

to a private horse breeder from the city of Ashgabat, Berdimuhammedov Berdimuhammet Sadykmuhammedovich.
