In Dashoguz velayat two new private enterprises - mini-factory №2 for manufacture of tiled plates in the administrative centre of the northern region and a hothouse economy in the farm association ""Dovletli"" of Hasylchy geneshlik of S.A.Niyazov etrap were put into operation. Turkmen businessmen, using a comprehensive support from the state, regularly increase manufacture of various competitive goods for the world market. The mini-factory in Dashoguz, located in the territory of half hectare, is capable to let out 30 thousand tons of production per year. Its structure includes an industrial shop, a two-storeyed office building, independent systems of heating, water supply and electric power, tanks for water and a trade floor. The enterprise is provided with specialised equipment. From raw materials extracted in the country, here more than ten types of products will be manufactured. Among them - various kinds of plates: tiled - for furnish of premises, sidewalk and floor tiles, plates for ornament of facades and pediment parts of buildings, for window sills, and also decorative balusters and others. The factory can also make forms for plates so to change the sizes and design of production that becomes an additional factor of maintenance of consumers’ demand. In the northern region local private business also actively participates in the program of import replacement realisation and supply of population by fresh vegetables and fruit within all the year round. The new hothouse economy is aimed at decision of these issues in the farm association ""Dovletli"" of Hasylchy geneshlik of S.A.Niyazov etrap as well. It represents a large complex which includes a block of technical objects, an office building, a warehouse for storage of fertilizers and packing container, a parking for motor transport. The object was erected by the individual enterprise «Altyn gala gurlushyk» - a member of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs of the country, on five hectares of area. It is distinguished with a wide application of innovative technologies both in the hothouse design, and technological process. With the account of local environmental conditions upon its construction polycarbonate and glass possessing high heat-insulating properties and long term operation were used. For creation of necessary microclimate the roof of structures are capable to be moved apart automatically. On four hectares will grow 800 tons of tomatoes per year, including cherry species of tomatoes. As a seeding material saplings of Dutch grades which are famous for productivity and stability to illnesses, were are used. Subsequently, seedlings are planned to grow on area specially provided for this purpose in the hothouse. The hothouse is provided by specialised equipment from the leading European manufacturers, allowing supporting optimum conditions for manufacture of vitamin production: temperature and light mode, level of humidity and application of fertilizers. All technological processes are supervised by the special program. The finished goods before sending to consumers will pass quality control in the special laboratory. With commissioning of this hothouse economy forty villagers will be provided with employment. For them the most favourable conditions here are created – there is a canteen, and a shower, free maintenance with hot meals and overalls. Workers of khyakimliks of Dashoguz city and S.A.Niyazov etrap of Dashoguz velayat, representatives of labour collectives, public organisations, elders and youth took part in celebrations on the occasion of opening of objects. Costly presents were presented to the distinguished builders.
