Turkmenistan–Japan Cooperation Discussed in Tokyo

12th joint session of the Turkmenistan–Japan and Japan–Turkmenistan Committees on Economic Cooperation took place in Tokyo, reported the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, R.Meredov, at the government session. At the meeting, the sides discussed a wide range of issues on the development of cooperation in trade and economics; transport and communication; oil, gas, chemical industries; and other spheres. They also exchanged views on possibilities of the future collaboration in education; science; culture; sports, and tourism. The relevant Protocol has been signed on the outcomes of the session.
