The fifth day of the Culture Week-2017 was held in Ashgabat. The event ""Milli medeniýetim - döwrüň mukamy, Arkadagly Aşgabat - toýlar mekany!"" Was held in the Mekan Palace by the Ministry of Culture in conjunction with the hakimlik of the capital city. Deputies of the Mejlis, representatives of the public, scientific, educational and cultural institutions, creative intelligentsia and industry workers stressed the importance of steps taken in the country to strengthen the democratic foundations of the state and society, its international authority. Traditions of mentoring are shown in the exposition ""halypa ve shaghirt"", which was opened in the exhibition hall of the Directorate of Art Exhibitions Management at the Ministry of Culture of the country. Teachers and pupils of the state secondary specialized art schools of the capital, as well as Mary and Lebap velayats, demonstrated paintings, drawings, sculptural compositions, and decorative and applied art products. In the afternoon a practical conference ""The triumph of patriotic principles in the books of the Hero-Arcadag"" and a book exhibition took place in the State Library of the State Cultural Center. The exposition includes the works of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov dedicated to independent neutral Turkmenistan, its heritage, as well as various publishing products on culture and art. Among the participants of the conference were workers of the sphere of culture, representatives of creative intelligentsia, specialists in museum and library business, poets and prose writers, teachers of universities and secondary special schools of creative direction, journalists. Film screenings within the Culture Week film show continued with the film ""Serhet"" (""Border""). Demonstration of the film, as well as meeting with the creative team of its developers, took place in the Watan cinema-concert center. In the evening, Ashgabat residents and guests of the capital were invited to the festive program ""Şöhrat şanly bolsun, ololuň Arkadag!"", Which was held at the State Circus. The next day of the creative forum was concluded with the demonstration of the new comedy of the Pushkin State Russian Drama Theater ""The Fictitious Fiancé"" based on the play of Turkish classic Reshet Nuri Gyuntekin. The premiere performance duly completed the 90th season of the theater. Tomorrow in the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Center will be a gala concert dedicated to Day of workers of culture and art, widely celebrated in our country.
